Pallet Notchers
2NXP Double Head Notcher
The Go Fast 2NXP High-Speed Double Head Notcher delivers consistent, high-production pallet board notching. Heavy-duty construction supports long-term reliability, with cycle rates up to 6,000 notches per hour. Stringers are indexed individually by an electric cam-driven push arm. Dual carbide cutters running at 3,600 RPM, powered by two 30 HP motors, produce clean, repeatable notches. Quick tool-less adjustments and an onboard HMI simplify setup and operation.
