Vertistak pallet stacker/dispenser
The VertiSTAK is an all-electric pallet stacker and dispenser designed for integration into automated pallet handling, robotic pallet sorting, and material handling systems.
Its top-mounted lifting mechanism engages pallets from above, keeping the conveyor and roll case close to floor level while minimizing obstructions around the pallet flow path. The machine can be installed in either direction over a roll case, providing greater flexibility for system layout and conveyor integration.
Built for continuous-duty industrial operation, the VertiSTAK can automatically stack incoming pallets, unstack and dispense pallets one at a time, or perform both functions within the same system. It is well suited for pallet inspection lines, robotic sorting cells, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and other high-volume pallet handling applications.
