GET MORE OUT OF YOUR RESAW LINE

This system is built to keep product moving and get the most value out of your resaw operation with minimal labor. Material drops onto a rooftop chain deck, feeds into an auto-feeder, passes through the first resaw head, and when another pass is needed, the run-around system brings it back for another cut. Add the number of heads you need, then finish with optional sizing, speed-up rollers, dedusting, and grading.

PROCESS FLOW

Feed it. Cut it. Return it. Finish it.

    rooftop chain deck infeed
    Material typically drops onto a chain deck with rooftop chain, often coming from a trimsaw or another upstream process.
  2. 2
    auto-feeder control
    The auto-feeder uses infeed rollers and a vertical side belt to control and present material cleanly into the first resaw head.
  3. 3
    first resaw pass
    Material runs through the first resaw head where the initial cut is made.
  4. 4
    run-around return
    If material needs to be resawn again, it transfers to a 4-strand cross-over deck, moves into the return conveyor, and is routed back onto the rooftop chain deck for another pass.

    finish and sort
    Optional speed-up rollers, a sizer, and a deduster can be added before product lands on a grading conveyor for manual or automatic grading and stacking.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Rooftop Chain Deck
Receives incoming material and carries it into the resaw system
Auto-Feeder
Uses infeed rollers and a vertical side belt to control and present material into the resaw heads
Resaw Heads
Available in 1-9 head configurations depending on production needs and finished product targets
Run-Around Return
Transfers material needing another pass across a 4-strand cross-over deck and back to the rooftop chain deck
Optional Finish Equipment
Sizer, speed-up rollers, deduster, and grading conveyor options complete the line
